Return & Refund Policy

At StyleOrbit, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders and ₹99 will be deducted from the order value for courier charges (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets).
  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • No refunds are provided on COD orders.
  • For COD orders, only exchange is allowed within the 7-day window.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, color change, or defective products.
  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value will be offered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

 

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@styleorbit.in or contact us via WhatsApp/customer support.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach product images.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return/exchange policy.
