At StyleOrbit, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Window
- We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders and โน99 will be deducted from the order value for courier charges.
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, Any approved refund will be provided as a shopping voucher, which can be used on your next purchase from our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Ordersย
- No refunds are provided on COD orders.
- For COD orders, only exchange is allowed within the 7-day window.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues, color change, or defective products.
- If the requested exchange product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value will be offered.
- If you wish to exchange a product due to size issues, change in color preference, or design selection, a reverse pickup charge of โน99 will be applicable.
- No reverse pickup charges will be applied if the exchange is required due to an issue from our end, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect product being delivered.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images or videos of the product and unboxing to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- We specifically require an unboxing video (starting from the sealed package and showing the product being opened) so we can properly review the condition and assist you faster.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping

- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Mention your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach product images.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return/exchange policy.
